EyeCare Partners
about.
Eyecare Partners is the parent company of 30+ optometry and ophthalmology brands across the U.S. Their challenge: unify dozens of disconnected practice websites under a scalable, SEO-optimized system — without sacrificing brand identity or performance.
As lead designer, I drove the UX, visual direction, and product strategy for a modular white-label website system. Since launch, the platform has dramatically improved performance across the board: booking rates, bounce rates, organic traffic, and engagement.
challenge.
Disjointed Brands. Low Conversions. Poor SEO.
Eyecare Partners needed to streamline dozens of brand websites with wildly inconsistent UX, outdated CMSs, and weak SEO. Patients struggled to find clinics, browse services, or schedule appointments.
Our goal was to create a white-label, component-based system that could:
Support SEO growth through a clean domain structure
Adapt to individual brand identities
Deliver a consistent, conversion-focused patient experience

visual design system.
A Flexible Component System for Every Brand
The UI system used neutral styles that could adapt to individual brand color palettes and typography while maintaining a shared structure and IA. Components included:
Hero modules with CTA variants
Location & service cards
Product grid / try-on integration
Reusable appointment flows
Footer & navigation variants

results.
Measurable improvements in traffic and conversions:
+180% conversion rate: Appointments increased from 5% to 14% in the first month
+36% MoM organic search growth on the largest brand
50% reduction in bounce rate, now 30% across all sites*
Product pages have just 7% bounce rate, showing strong engagement
